CLASSIFICATIONS
There are various types of different classifications within the ATC. This includes first class. leading, senior, master and instructor. It represents the different stages of cadet training and knowledge a person has gained. To gain each of these, one must sit through a range of oral and written tests to prove their knowledge. Once the highest qualifications are gained, they are able to take classes to pass on their knowledge to other air cadets. Each different stage will get harder as even more skills are gained at each point.
When you join cadets you are classed as a junior cadet then you will go to few classes and become enrolled which will make to a second class cadet. This allows you to go into the classifications.
